Donald R. Richards
Mr. Richards has more than 35 years experience surveying in the Midcoast Maine area. He specializes in boundary retracement, and the resolution of boundary disputes. He is qualified and experienced in the use of aerial photography as a forensic tool and has practiced extensively in forestry and general land consulting. Additionally he has extensive experience as an expert witness in legal proceedings.

Jonathan C. Dewick
Mr. Dewick has extensive background and over 25 years of experience in Civil Engineering and Engineering Surveying. He is qualified to consult and design development projects, roads and structures including piers and launching facilities.
Mr. Dewick joined R.C.C. in the spring of 2018 with a long history in engineering, building and surveying as can be seen in his resume. Having a P.E. license since 2000 he pursued the courses necessary to begin the process of professional land surveyor licensure. After passing the Fundamentals of Surveying exam in 2021, the Principles and Practice of Surveying in 2024, the Maine Specific exam in 2023 and the New Hampshire Specific exam in 2025. He was privileged to gain NH and ME professional land surveyor license.
