When a landowner requests our services we consider it an honor and will work with all our skill and resources to provide a satisfactory consultation and a quality work product for them. We work hard to navigate through difficult boundary matters with our client’s and their neighbors to resolve concerns to the satisfaction of all parties. We emphasize we are not “hired guns” for our own clients but hold to the ethical responsibility of being impartial for the benefit of all landowners.

When boundary conflicts cannot be resolved between neighbors, we will work with our client’s legal counsel to resolve the issues, even serving as expert witnesses in litigation when needed. We want to emphasize that we always work hard to keep our clients from this last resort.
